last chance to buy below $1.70, page-8

This will not be the case if information is released in the near future, from UBS and LNC about the bids that have been recieved, as the end of sept deadline has passed.
(this is assuming there have been strong bids)
Not sure if UBS is allowed to release this info yet?
UBS would be culling off the weaker bids at this stage...and preparing a recommendation to give to LNC.
I know that competing bidders would not be able to get this information before the deadline. This bid info might effect the negoitation process and might be classified for a little longer.
