Hi OFL, worst case scenario we could be waiting up to 3 weeks assuming the "sometime" in February is accurate. That is in the ICC's and arbitrators camp to deliver and not Far.

So in the meantime us shareholders can continue our beating and be well tenderised for whatever is coming. Some may consider simply getting their money back from this venture a fantastic outcome.

If we win arbitration and say get 300 million, that would only add 3 cents a share in value to each share. From a low of 3.5 cents a price of 8 cents especially if offered before a compensation figure is announced may be considered a bargain by the beaten up shareholders.

If WPL is behind the beatings, well played by them. They are still around after years of delays and everyone is tired. FAR being forced to accept a low CR means the best we can really hope for at this point is a recovery of the SP to a former glory and killed dreams of a decent short term profit for most of the longer holders.

A loss of PE and the best we can hope for is a recover of sorts on the next drill but I do suspect that many at that point will be looking to reduce their exposure and risk being bitten so many times.

Worrying is the lack of buyers at these low prices as it really does show a lack of interest by investors. Everyone is waiting for something to happen first.
