What CN is indicating is that this whole legal exercise was a waste of everyone's time and that it failed and sent the share price crashing but is not relevant to the underlying value of FAR. Part of this is good. The bit about the underlying value. The rest stinks like a 5 day old fish. If the board knew their stuff they would have kept their eye on the prize instead of chasing rainbows. Don't play with shareholders wealth like it is your ptivate toy. The share price will return to true value but the costs will weigh heavy
