Yes, although the Philippine story has cooled a little reflecting the dip in np, Philippines have confirmed they will give a 5 year grace period before banning export of unprocessed ore... still as most who invest in nickel are well aware of the future shortages looming.. its not a matter of if but when... good luck all, premarket looking rather bullishhhhh
