Yeah, they need to articulate and document their ad hoc sales more. I get the impression there are dollars coming in, but we'll find them in the quarterly rather than as major announcements.

Summary points for those interested in a state of play for NSL:

    1. Phase 1 Plant producing - Awaiting re-starting of kilns from BMM Ispat for 5000 tonnes shipment/delivery - that is a cash-flow producing moment (hopefully imminent - Cedric if you read this, maybe a follow up here?).
    2. Phase 2 off-take agreements in place - NSL renegotiating plant equipment due to more attractive environment in China due to low IO price.
    3. Andhra Pradesh forecast to grow at 14%, NSL in box set to benefit from this regions pro-growth stance.
    4. NSL have signed an MoU directly with the Andhra Pradesh government, which includes an agreement for up to 8million tonnes of ore.
    5. One would think AP14 agreement and possibly more tenements will land in NSL's lap in the near term.
    6. Funding - NSL has funding available and Magna can support. It would be nice to see Magna voice their support for NSL longer term - providing market support even?
    7. NSL is protected from lower IO prices due to the high growth environment of Andhra Pradesh.

I think we need to recognise these positives and accept that the cogs are turning, Indian cogs just turn a little slower than what we are used too. Patience will reward here - 3-6months one would think SP would have broken out of this 0.007 - 0.016 channel.
