look at the Washington H soul , sold the 8 mill shares to profit out 8 mills CASH, after that total number of shares were increase.
new buyers who bought above $ 1.2 are paying to Washington's bill. LOL.
IMO, sp will go down 10cents then if the company get the contract , it will back up again.
This Capital rise were issued 2X new shares, it is too many, many many.
