Would take management longer then a year to build a 20k tpy plant.

I am not presuming anything, I am just using the data provided by management. Go read the ANN it's all there in black and white.

I think the management are great and steering the ship well. I also think management a smart enough to know they have to be able to prove their pilot plant first.

Prove they can hit these smaller targets before larger contracts are awarded. That's my interpretation of what management is saying when I read the ANNs.
