Ted Butler quotes from an e mail received. A large Swiss bank has advised its customers that they can no longer offer "paper"gold or silver , and that they will have to convert to physical bullion or a Swiss ETF, presumably while the price is still low. The pre existing counter party arrangements are no longer available. It is expected other major Swiss banks will follow suit.
(p.s. if it is true then the POG will more honestly reflect the supply/demand criteria)
