@madmadmad worth noting in the AGM video Cath alluded to FAR's total share as being US$400m. Timestamp 24:50 onwards.
Huge bonus for FAR if the JV do end up getting JV or Project Specific funding given this form of funding will be a lot cheaper than any other debt FAR will be able to get by itself.
CNOOC might be able to do something similar for FAR but I suspect there would be some clauses or catches that simply wouldn't be in project specific funding arranged by the JV.
