Rest assured that this financing is required prior to FID,,,,, imo whether it is expended in whole or part is irrelevant. This is how it works, no IOUs or ‘can you let me slide’ apply. Same rules as drilling cash calls and performance bonds.
MMM you heard this from the horses mouth via the AGM preso yet still dispute it as a slip of the tongue? I do not know that you could get a more direct steer...imo. Perhaps you best call the company - simple, no champagne delivery required this time. Very much ‘show me the money’ time I am afraid... if you do not understand this I really wonder why you would invest here ...imo
