28c per share plus whatever the sp goes above the 78c threshold less a little bit for transaction costs plus bid-offer spread. so lets say sp gets to 82c towards end of the 20 day waiting period - would imply the 28c built-in discount plus the extra 4c less maybe 2c for volatility and costs for a total of 30c - but will be quite illiquid and probably will be a lack of sellers as is a cheap way in to top up on DYL shares so shareholders will tend to hold - need to get someone on the thread who knows how to value options - time and volatility are the two variables and volatility is a guess when a small company with low liquidity is concerned
