I agree with the thread but I hope to get in at a lower sp. Hopefully some blind panic will help.
Fundementally (13 letters!) PEN are much stronger than 9 mnths ago when they were 4.2c and they have cash and a very nice LoC.
I doubt PEN will be in the 4c range by the end of the year but if people could spread the word that the sky is actually falling in, then I might grab some more cheap PEN.......
