Probably the half yearly will be out today or tomorrow or next week, so if you're looking to top up or get out then today could be your last chance.
As for me I was topping up this morning. In the annual report, the July-October figures were an impressive improvement over FY2010, then combine that with the below news and the fact that they have paid down more debt until December than anticipated and I believe operating profit is going really well.
Potentially the Brisbane floods could have a positive or negative effect on Oaks...I'm not sure which.
That's my reasoning to believe good things are coming.
If they could sell Dubai it would be smooth sailing (up) from here. But maybe operating profit can increase enough to make Dubai a minor issue anyway.
