DEAL IS TO BE SIGNED. and that it is not " likely that
the deal may be signed"
I do not recall any statement from any party that
it has been decided that the deal is to be signed, either
by the end ofthe week or by mid february.
will really appreciate any positive news that will enable
one decide whether or not to take the plunge. big difference
between what is to happen and what may happen however great the likelihood.
