2/ According to Monty GCN Directors have " a strict policy on disclosure to any party." Unless of course its updating a flotilla of internet stockrampers on day to day movements in a major shareholders stock holdings even as he falls to very low levels.... Yeah yeah, sure sure.
3/There is one area they have no problem keeping strictly disclosed. The company cash position. Just one week to wait for that. If the share price can be run up a bit that will help support the discount for the new issue required to inject more money into this black hole.
