sometimes fellow poster, just sometimes despite there being true value going forward director falls out with their mates and are "forced" out . . in such cases it is the story after the headlines that matters most.

I am not saying this is the case this time, but true investors look for the story behind the headlines not the headlines themselves. It makes for a lot more fun.
