my initial thoughts were they would pull back below 60 as holders sold down holding to pick up the stock at the lower placement level, and my opinion is that is all but exhausted.
My mail was that the placement was fully taken before this announcement was even made, and the investors supporting it are long-term believers so i would be surprised if anyone would sell their holding at anything near sub 60 given the long-term potential of this project.
