I sent my votes in today for the AGM.
No for remuneration report
No for performance shares
The Director's should only receive performance shares when they can show shareholders that they can perform.
Anyone can set up a processing plant. Not everyone can deliver on a consistent basis to a sufficient standard for a lengthy period of time.
If they can perform to an acceptable standard in the next 12 months then I'll vote 'yes'.
And as long as they fail to respond to shareholder emails - they can get stuffed.
