re: fedexpress u can forecast 2009 and 2010, but w sorry meant new ratings.....but just look at my copper chart...this year is the year that ppl have forecasted many copper strikes because the mines are at peak 'extraction' points...causing all sorts of internal pressures..add to that weather and its prime for being the next zinc...
