I see Fas now holds around 33% of GWS from the latest announcement. I wonder how many of the remaining 67% of GWR shareholders are in the same position as me... Hmmm wouldn't that sort of bugger up your numbers for the EGM... if Just 18% of them cross the floor for the vote, where does that leave you?
