"The Company expects to make an announcement as soon as the negotiations are complete and the proposed Agreement is signed, expected to be within 7 days."

The above statement from MMZ suggests that an announcement regarding the agreement will be released before Tuesday. IMHO their intention would be to wrap it up before the end of the week. And I'm sure a lot of punters will be feeling the same.

Now sitting nicely on the 2.8c support with very little volume. Could we see an afternoon rally in anticipation of an announcement in pre-open Monday morning?
