Quite simple really.
To pay out Nicko you need to have cash which they do not have, so it will be interesting to see where they raise that from.
Yet again it will have to come from within because who else outside the clique, would believe them enough to put millions into Nicko's pocket.
Interesting because, as the biggest shareholder by far, he is required to fund his own payout.
