If anyone wants to follow Atha Energy (Bloomberg Ticker - SASK:CN) there is a Canadian chat site, CEO.CA that it pretty active. Since they don't have different threads or topics for each stock, the interface isn't nearly as organised and user-friendly as HC, but at least it's a start. Here's the link:
Also here's a recent stock report published by Red Cloud Securities in Toronto. Basically they're "neutral to positive" but it's a good informative intro to the Canadian market.
