I really think you are correct with your topping up idea.
There is of course a chance the sp may drop below 4c however I am not really sure if it will. If it does I think it will be for a very short period, prior to close of business tomorrow (30 June) and then start heading back towards 5c next week and onwards. You can sense the buyers are just waiting on the sidelines to jump at the thought of a bottom. It will be more than obvious when this if fact occurs.
Also, after all APG has so much to promise in the coming months with the upgrade completion having now been financially finalised and underway.
I have been topping up, as my limited funds allow, over the last few trading days and will continue to do so whist the sp is at these levels.
