Clearly KOR is ex today - no doubt about that. I find the language used in the quote by JodyP - opaque to say the least and it has caused confusion. Surely the significance of the 16th is that it is clear of T + 3 - and is the day after the weekend when one assumes the time consuming clerical work forming accurate lists of "in specie entitlements" will be done.
KOR need a proof-reader too to scan their announcements.
