The offer is for script (issue of more FML shares) so therefore does not cost FML cash. To buy the shares on market FML would have to use cash reserves.

It is kind of like the US government printing more dollars and diluting the dollar. Here FML are issuing more shares and diluting the existing shareholders, however this is not bad in this case as we are getting what we hope is a very good asset to ad to our holdings.

Let's hope so anyway.
