    You are correct in saying its VCR last days of rights issue.
    You can also say its, its last few days in double dights.
    Once all this crap is over we will start seeing VCRs true value. Just look at HTW (heartware) at $1.33 and they have only just finished inplanting there first human. They are at least 12 months behind VCR.
