Lattice was a once in a life time acquistion for beach, bought at the bottom of the market off a desperate seller. They would be very lucky to replicate something like that and not have to pay top dollar now. The cheapest thing for them to do now is invest in the business and get what they have pumping at full capacity. Acquistions are not cheap and more often than not destroy shareholder returns, so be careful what you wish for...
