Well said. Lattice was an exceptional acquisition, at the right time and right place - that's the time I got in BPT. Not a good time to acquisition now. If the poo goes up, bpt will go up faster, it poo goes down, then think about acquisition. Be aware that 1c div is ok for 80c stock, but it's too low for a $2 stock.
