The Queensland governments fabricated charges against Cougar for allegedly contaminating groundwater with cancer-causing chemicals is an act of desperation. They surely know that if it goes to court, they loose, and when they loose they and the tax payer picks up the tab. They so are desperate to avoid a public confrontation which would expose the bribes paid by the Coal Seam Gas Industry to cover up that filthy industries abysmal record of contamination.
