Unfortunately for Queensland and Australia, the people have installed a Labor Government for the best part of 25 years. One only has to look at the socialist government of Greece to see how incompetence in Government can bring a country to it's knees. Do NOT be fooled good old Oz is on a path to similar pain.

What moronic Government could waste so much tax payers money over a substantial amount of time (as Labor has done repeatedly, i.e BER, insulation failure, solar balls up, give everyone a grand for a plasma tv, an 8 billion dollar water pipeline in Qld that does not have the right size pipes.... etc etc etc etc etc.) and STILL be in power.

What Moronic self serving vote grabbing twit would put a stop on an entire industry i.e. the Indonesian livestock trade, rather than look at the facts over shocking footage reportedly some of which was 10 years old. An industry worth millions with one stroke of a pen destroying lives and businesses.... But good ol died in the wool unionised Julia will give in her monotone voice FIVE THOUSAND dollars (of tax payers money) to each farmer affected. What a joke she is. 5 grand would not cover the fuel bill for a day of mustering.

I am not championing the mistreatment of cattle, but there has been a lot of good done OUTSIDE of our own country to get proper standards in place, people spend their lives building a business and an assett, put up their hard earned to have a go, take risks, show commitment and sweat blood into their enterprise(whatever business it is) and a socialist spin machine will wipe them out in an instant to gain a few points in a poll!!

We are the envy of the world for beef production AND we would have led the world in UCG production. Why do we have a government determined to destroy our innovators????

If China decides they do not need any more coal for a while, serious pain will be incurred upon we the people. The Greens have the power and they would happily end all coal exports. They would happily end a lot of things, with no thought as to the consequences on people's lives.

Thanks to all died in the wool unionists who are more concerned with getting a meal allowance than the overall picture of a business, for installing this abhorrent Government which will leave a legacy of failure for which 2 Generations will pick up the tab..

I hope the court case against Cougar is very public, we win and someone in Government goes to jail for the corruption which is blatantly apparent. One can only hope.
