Usually reasons to dual list is to
1) Increase liquidity
2) Increase awareness and profile exposure
3) Helps to raise more funds in the future, this I'm sure will be mitigated by a super large distribution deal.

I think we will have the above automatically covered within a year or two so they may never have to really.
