so in the interest of the establishing actual facts, I'm wondering how you know your friend was dosed with the drug as opposed to the placebo? As far as I know this is a randomised double blinded placebo controlled trial so wouldn't the physician breach confidentiality agreements if they were to reveal the whether the drug or placebo was administered?

I might be fully confused about it now too.,.

Might be a little confusion here.
sooly is not referring to the phase 2 or phase 3 trials rather to the special access scheme where your doctor can refer you to a clinic for treatment with the "magic juice". If you browse this site you'll see a number of posts by people that have had the treatment and their views of its effectiveness. It's real-time day-to-day medicine and the results with upwards of a thousand patients so far have been a major factor in boosting everyone's confidence in the treatments potency. souly's mate had the real stuff- and by all accounts a superb result!
