if YRR has reached finality of their plan of dilution.... this will only go up. The vanadium needs to be drilled more, and resource needs to be increased - will be a multi bagger at this low price if they can prove the vanadium assett to be a world class orebody - best of luck, only way is up p- good accumulation, feels bullish - iron ore content has excellent potential, and U tenemnts are a bonus merely. oversold with lots of potential.
