Proxy voting closes at 3pm this Sunday.

I urge all shareholders to vote in line with the SAG recommendations -

Keep Drs Kalland and Lonngren (they are relatively new to the board and have skills and contacts the company needs).
Remove Dr Monsour, Mangelsdorf and Brooks.

Remember that if you voted BEFORE Mangelsdorf and Brooks were added to the resolutions - you MUST RE-VOTE(change your vote on-line)to remove them.
