Sorry guys, the way I read it was that it was a standard line that a deal would be subject to board approval.
Not that a deal was necessarily currently with the board.
It might be, but I don't think that was the message they were trying to say. It doesn't mean they necessarily have been meeting all weekend getting this deal over the line.
