Eventually even the Swedes succumbed to global pressures. But they did last 70 years longer than we did! Taken over by GM and Ford respectively in 1999. Who later flogged them off to the Chinese. At least Holden didn’t suffer that indignity like Volvo, SAAB, MG, Rover.
