That is not true.
I think it was groundzero who posted a link in this forum to some footage of a concrete building in china being blasted from the top down.
It looks very much like the twin tower collapses.
Steel and concrete skyscrapers do not spontaneously self-destruct however you seem to have missed that little technical point.
