They don't get 12 cents, they get first in line for the 16's as the system evens them out.
I think there are some that have to buy and sell to cover a position so they try to get first in line.
And then there are the big boys who want a certain close price displayed so rhey work it.
My opinion.
Anyone have an opinion as to where we are heading? Couldn't figure it out from todays trade but i think there are some shorters starting to come in.
