    If the deal goes through and the Pharmacy side of the business is divested to a private equity consortium odds are that the products, manufacturing and wholesaling would be sold off down the track.

    It would be the saddest day for what used to be a South Australian icon - Faulding.

    No disrespect, the late Ed Tweddell has a lot to answer for.
