Fundamentally the prospects for our gold stocks have never looked brighter. However our equity markets are looking sick as a parrot with large algo sell programmes seemingly the order of the day - gold in aud terms could rise to $1500 and if the all ords continues to sell off so will our gold stocks. I expect the aud to fall near term - perhaps parking ones capital in the gold etf makes sense for the next few weeks..... We all know that when QE3 or whatever name it goes by gold and silver will go nuts to the upside - from that point on I expect share price gains of 40% - 50% in many of our miners come the end of this year. Issue is our gold stocks may have another 10% downside near term - I certainly can picture the all ords at 4200ish by the end of June.
