I'm feeling a lot more comfortable after talking to management about this concern, I found them very accommodating to talk to, trust in management is everything to me, and I'm very confident in the team, a number of the team have really made some significant contributions to other companies which has vouched well for share holders, I'm going to be accumulating during the dips.
