    When the retail investors dump this...its BUYING TIME...as CBH merger in the next 20 days...as far as PEM...watch the smart money moving in...UBS buying for Xtrata....not for traders this stock but longterm holders....Mt Isa copper find should be in production by 2009....so accumilation here...will take some time to recover SP...but it will..PEM no 8 in the world ZINC production no8 in lead...and Silver..many million of ozs after merging....its not all doom and gloom...but keep it on radar screene after merger..lots of news to come our way...
