I think what happened with TNG is that people got a bit carried away with the avalanche of MOU's imagining that Vanadium production was around the corner - it never was. Before any of that can happen the DFS/BFS has to be nailed down and (as I see it) neither of those can happen before the outcome of the Tivan process is known. So there's a lot of groundwork to be covered between MOU's and production. And of course that all takes time and money.... so the best outcome would be if TNG could announce something about funding a pilot plant once CSIRO/METS actually finish the benchwork on Tivan. TNG is still a very good prospect longer term IMO, but sp is still fishing for bottom. First stop at 18.5c, then possibly 15.5c. Might think about rejoining the party if that happens.
