Good post Texas... the cost of provenge is comparable with the cost of the evil , debilitating chemo treatment.Moving from chemo is a new paradigm and it may take some time to be adopted by the medical profession as the standard of care but it has a good chance of happening. Chemo can't be the treatment of choice for ever. So , efficacy will win every time over cost depending on the value you place on the results the treatment has.
