    Unsecured indeed and missed payments gets added to the next, but should the company fail, the holders of these papers become creditors and as such will seal the companies faith.
    They then will own the company. Ownership by shareholders then is history.
    I would rather have seen Mr Elliot buying common stock like our chief executive McLaughlin did. That would have displayed more substancial confidance.
