Always makes me wonder why they make such ambiguous statements, to some extent tantamount to being intentionally deceptive or misleading? ASIC should enforce tighter control over general comments. Maybe such wording as 'whilst arrangements are being finalised' or 'whilst we consider an alternative bid' should be adopted so at least s'holders are a bit more at ease. Anyway took my chances yesterday to sell at 66% profit, enough. Good luck to the rest of you.
