i may have this wrong but i think it can still stop at court with a better offer

i think we still got today for some action if its going to come .just hoping .
something might have happened late yesterday and would then expect an announ this morning .
re the .295 .30 buys if there was an interested party they would buy with the bot a share or two at a time frustrating the would be sellers into the .295 get as much as possible before announ better offer just thinking why would anyone buy that much stock at .30 for no gain .
I'm looking to see if we now get a flood of .30 buys today.

the Court of the Scheme or to make representations
to the Court in relation to the Scheme. If you wish
to oppose the approval of the Scheme at the Court
hearing on the Second Court Date you may do so by
filing with the Court and serving on Flinders a notice
of appearance in the prescribed form together with
any affi davit on which you wish to rely at the hearing.
The notice of appearance and affidavit must be served
on Flinders at least one day before the Second Court
Date. That date is currently scheduled to occur on
or about Tuesday, 3 April 2012. Any change to this
date will be announced through ASX and is typically
published by ASX on its website (asx.com.au)
(ASX code: FMS). Alternatively, if you wish to make
representations to the Court in relation to the Scheme,
the Court may grant you leave to be heard at the
hearing without becoming a party to the proceedings.

If the Scheme is approved by Flinders Shareholders and the Court
Flinders to notify ASX of intention to lodge Court Order Friday, 30 March 2012
Effective Date
1. The Court order is lodged with ASIC and the
Scheme becomes binding
2. Last day of trading in Flinders Shares
