"pending release of an announcement regarding the Scheme Implementation Agreement"
MMK would not wait until the last minute to pull the plug. It doesn't make sense and I am 99.9% sure it won't be it.
It is something to do with a new point of business ... but what is it? It could be:
- higher offer from MMK (highly doubt it as they have it in the bag at 30c) - counter offer (could be since the latest round of ann's) - extension to the scheme (could be if MMK is having trouble of some sought OR issues with court) - we will be pushing this out to 25 November 2012 which will give everyone plenty of time to see the results of the DFS
