The announcement could be absolutley anything, I don't know why these announcements need to be so vague, after all we are the sh, its like they keep us in the dark on purpose.
Why would it matter if they mentioned in the announcement that the halt was due to settlement amendments or a third party offer, after all the company is in a trading halt, the sp can't change until it resumes trading.
I would love to say to these directors that I have some significant news about their health, I will get back to you in a few days and see how they like vague news and a long wait!!!!!!!!!!!!
I beleive these announcements are vague to generate speculation as they could assist sh with a little more info!
